This journal is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows others to share, adapt, remix, and build upon the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes only, as long as proper credit is given to the original author(s).

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Suara Edukasi Hukum the right of first publication, both online and in print.

We apply the restrictive (non-commercial) license under the following terms:

• BY (Attribution): Users are allowed to share, distribute, and redistribute the published article in any medium or format, provided proper attribution is given to the authors and the article’s initial publication in this journal is acknowledged. 1. License to Publish
   The non-commercial use of the article is governed by the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. Authors grant Suara Edukasi Hukum an exclusive license to publish and distribute the manuscript (including tables, figures, illustrations, and supplementary material) in all forms and media (now known or later developed), in all languages, worldwide, for the full copyright term. This also includes the right to license others and to enforce the rights if necessary.

2. Author’s Warranties
   The author guarantees that the submitted article is original, authored by the listed individuals, unpublished elsewhere, free from unlawful content, does not infringe the rights of others, and is solely owned by the author(s). The author confirms that necessary permissions for using third-party materials have been obtained.

3. User Rights
   Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, authors and users are permitted to copy, share, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the article for non-commercial purposes. Users must provide appropriate attribution, a link to the license, and indicate any modifications made.

4. Rights of Authors
   Authors retain the following rights:

   • Copyright and other proprietary rights (e.g., patent rights);

   • The right to use the article's content in future works (e.g., books, lectures);

   • The right to reproduce the article for personal use, provided it is not sold;

   • The right to self-archive the article.

5. Co-Authorship
   If the article has multiple authors, the signing author confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of all co-authors and have informed them of the terms in this agreement.

6. Royalties
   This agreement does not entitle the author to royalties or other financial compensation. To the extent permitted by law, the author waives the right to receive royalties for uses of the article by Suara Edukasi Hukum or its sublicensees.

7. Miscellaneous
   Suara Edukasi Hukum will publish the article upon successful completion of the editorial and peer review process. The journal reserves the right to make minor edits for style, punctuation, spelling, and usage where appropriate.
